Transport of Products

The products are delivered by express courier to the address mentioned in the online order form or communicated by phone.

The delivery of the products will be made by express courier companies within a maximum of 10 working days after confirmation of the order by our operator. If the delivery address is not within the courier company’s coverage area, additional costs will be charged.

The standard shipping cost for Romania is 25 lei (VAT included) for products not exceeding 1 KG, and for products exceeding this weight an additional cost of 5 lei/KG (VAT included) will be charged. For external parcels the standard cost is 50 EUR for products not exceeding 5 KG.

In the case of payment by payment order, the order is delivered within the agreed term starting from the date on which the payment and order confirmation is received by our operator.

The delivered package includes the products ordered in the original manufacturer’s packaging, plus protective packaging during transport.

If you wish to send the package to another address, it is enough to mention this in the online order form or when ordering by phone.

If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the mutually agreed time interval, the courier will return once more after managing to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address even on the second delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and the product returned to The Tulip and The Rose Shop headquarters, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered. The delivery address of the product will be confirmed together with our operator, only in writing, by e-mail.

The receipt of the products represents the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in perfect condition and is represented by the signature on the legal documents. The invoice constitutes the proof of the conclusion of the sales-purchase contract, according to the Romanian legislation in force. The customer expresses his explicit agreement when signing the invoice regarding the fact that he has received the product (products) that is (are) in accordance with the order and his needs.

The Tulip and The Rose Shop reserves the right to cancel deliveries of ordered products to people who have repeatedly refused packages without having a valid reason.
